These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TMC Nutritions website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

TMC Nutritions is a wellness company providing supplements and health products. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean TMC Nutritions. References to “you” or “customer” mean anyone browsing our website or making a purchase.

2. Orders

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for reasons such as incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud).
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • UK deliveries usually take 2–5 working days (free delivery applies).
  • International delivery times vary depending on region and courier (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Returned parcels due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur reshipping fees.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days in their original packaging and condition.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before sending items back from our customer support team.
  • Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed once items are inspected.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Secure payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other online gateways.
  • We do not accept cheques or manual transfers unless agreed in writing.

6. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
  • You will use products responsibly and as directed.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, or events beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses (loss of income, data, contracts, etc.).
  • Supplements should not replace medical treatment; always consult a healthcare professional before use.

8. International Orders

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance.

9. Promotions

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse discount codes if misused.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and apply to all future orders.
