  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days (Free Delivery)
  • Europe: 6–12 working days
  • North America: 2–4 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 2–4 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 2–4 weeks
  • Latin America & the Caribbean: 2–4 weeks
  • North Africa & the Middle East: 2–4 weeks

We always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes; however, delivery times may vary depending on shipping method, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Note: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your details are accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

TMC Nutritions – Returns & Exchanges

At TMC Nutritions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days, in their original packaging and condition.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning any product.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items (excluding shipping charges).
  • Customer pays reshipping cost if address is incorrect
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.

  • We will provide a free return label for authorized returns.
